Job Title: Databricks Administrator / SME
Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months Contract to Hire
- Strong hands-on experience with Databricks administration, platform setup, configuration, and optimization.
- Solid experience in Data Engineering using AWS services (S3, IAM, Glue, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines and modern data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
- Experience with Snowflake is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or Scala for data engineering and automation.
- Good understanding of cloud security, governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering teams
Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
