The Home Fire Empowerment Coordinator for Onion Lake Cree Nation provides leadership, coordination, and oversight for in-home family support services within the community. This position focuses on strengthening families, promoting safe and healthy home environments, and ensuring parents and caregivers receive mentorship, advocacy, education, and connection to community resources. The Home Fire Empowerment Coordinator is responsible for developing, training, supervising, and supporting Home Fire Empowerment staff while ensuring services are delivered in a culturally respectful, trauma-informed, and family-centered manner. This position works collaboratively with Elders, Knowledge Keepers, schools, health services, community departments, and external agencies to support holistic family wellness and positive outcomes for children and families. The Home Fire Empowerment Coordinator reports directly to the OLCN Prevention Director.
Pay: $20.30-$37.01 per hour
