We are seeking a highly organized and proactive B2B Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support B2B sales activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and client engagement
- Manage and nurture customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships
- Assist in developing sales strategies aligned with market trends and client needs
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales pipelines, update client information, and generate reports
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that drive business growth
- Support account management efforts by ensuring client satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or sales coordination within Staffing industries preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends
- Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to B2B sales environments
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
