Overview
We are a progressive and client-centered private practice seeking a compassionate and experienced physiotherapist. This role is ideal for a practitioner passionate about rehabilitation and improving the quality of life for individuals. You will join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team with the opportunity to lead and grow a specialized program in a supportive and flexible environment.
Duties
- Perform detailed assessments for clients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional recovery and symptom management
- Fit and advise clients on compression garments and self-management tools
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
- Provide client education on home care, lifestyle modifications, and long-term management
- Contribute to clinic initiatives such as cancer wellness programs or group education sessions
Skills
- Registered and in good standing with [appropriate provincial college, e.g., College of Physiotherapists of Ontario]
- Strong manual therapy skills with a trauma-informed, empathetic approach
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative within a team setting
- Experience fitting compression garments (or willingness to be trained)
- Interest in community outreach, education, or program development is an asset

Pay: $32.00-$61.85 per hour
