Le Saucier Restaurant – Pearson Adult and Career Centre (PACC)
Le Saucier is the training restaurant of Pearson Adult and Career Centre (PACC) located in Lasalle, where Culinary Arts and Food & Beverage students gain hands-on experience in a professional dining environment.
We are seeking experienced and service-oriented waitstaff to join our team under a service contract to support lunch and dinner service.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Service Contract)
- Service Period: Lunch and dinner services, based on the Le Saucier operating schedule.
- Location: Le Saucier Restaurant, Pearson Adult and Career Centre, LaSalle, Québec.
- Evening service and special events may be scheduled throughout the academic year.

Interviews would hold at the end of August or early September 2026.
Responsibilities: The selected person will have to:
- Provide a professional table service during lunch and dinner operations.
- Welcome guests and create a warm, professional dining experience.
- Present menus, explain daily features, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Take and accurately enter guest orders.
- Serve food and beverages following established service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain dining room and service stations before, during, and after service.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and instructors to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food safety, sanitation, and health and safety regulations.
- Assist with special events and functions hosted by Le Saucier, as required.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A professional, courteous, and positive attitude.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Be bilingual (English and French spoken)
