Job Summary
Magnacharge Battery is seeking a customer focused and dependable Counter Sales Representative (CSR) to join our team. The successful candidate will assist customers with battery selection and sales, provide product information, process transactions, and support daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in automotive, commercial, industrial, or specialty battery products. The CSR position is vital to maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints
- Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
- Collaborate with team members to share information and improve service delivery
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and foster ongoing relationships
- Assist with warranty claims, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Promote additional products and services when appropriate.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures related to battery handling and storage.
