Requirements:
- Availability to work, days, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays;
- Must be at least 18 years of age;
- Valid Class G driver’s licence required;
- Perform various housekeeping and maintenance duties inside and outside recreational facilities;
- Maintain ice surface and ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained in a safe working condition;
- Respond to public inquiries in person and by telephone;
- Monitor and maintain arena compressor systems including operational log and record keeping;
- Complete event, rental and program set up, and teardown as required;
- Maintain safe and clean working environments in accordance with established health and safety standards;
- Criminal Record Check is required;
- Current First Aid, CPR and AED certifications are required.
Compensation: The salary is set between $20.68/hour to $23.26/hour and includes a pension plan and free access to the gym at the Municipal Sports Dome.
Language requirements: Understanding, speaking, reading, and writing in both French and English is an asset.
