Rare Hair Studio is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Salon Operations & Client Experience Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing luxury salon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can deliver exceptional customer service while helping our team operate efficiently.
As Rare continues to expand, including the opening of additional locations, this position will play a key role in supporting client communications, staff coordination, and operational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming business calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage appointment requests, booking changes, and general scheduling support.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues.
- Resolve client concerns professionally while maintaining Rare's luxury customer experience.
- Follow up with clients regarding consultations, appointments, and service satisfaction.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and coordinating new team members.
- Support staffing schedules and day-to-day salon operations.
- Assist with the opening and ongoing operations of new salon locations.
- Maintain organized client records, contracts, and internal documentation.
- Coordinate administrative tasks and ensure operational systems run smoothly.
- Work closely with salon leadership to improve workflows, client experience, and team performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Experience in salon, beauty, hospitality, or luxury service industries is considered an asset.
- Comfortable using booking software, email, and office management tools.
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $15.00-$35.00 per hour
