Safesidewalks Canada - Concrete Repair Technician
Safesidewalks Canada is hiring driven, high-performance technicians to join our elite sidewalk repair crews. This role is not for everyone—it’s for individuals who take ownership, work efficiently, and consistently deliver top-quality results in concrete surface repair and trip hazard removal.
The Opportunity
You’ll be part of a production-focused team performing precision concrete repair, including sidewalk leveling, and surface defect remediation (resurfacing). Your output, quality, and efficiency directly impact your earnings.
Compensation
- $26 – 34 /hr base + potential performance incentives

What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Delivering high-quality concrete repairs (trip hazards, cracks, spalling, uneven slabs)
- Operating equipment with precision and efficiency
- Maintaining a fast, safe, and consistent work pace
- Taking ownership of your work, tools, and results

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (truck & trailer experience preferred)
- Physically capable (lifting 50 lbs+, active workdays)
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to follow safety protocols without exception
