Title: Outbound Perfume Sales Specialist (Casual)
Pay: $16.00/hr (plus commission)

Colonia Perfumes is looking to hire a reliable, 'go-getter' Perfumer to join our outbound sales team and take charge in selling our perfumes around the province! Get the chance to go to Morden, Carmen, Morris, and many other rural areas (and events happening in them) to help make Manitoba smell great! This is your chance to be part of our company's growth.
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth & Sales: Sales are what help our company grow; it is your job to help drive company growth by using the tools and training provided to you (by us), increasing revenue and brand awareness.
Customer Relations: Build and maintain a relationship with each and every customer you interact with; whether they make a purchase or not, as well as other vendors, the vendor management etc. Set up and take down tents, tables, signage, fragrances, and other stuff required to display our company.
Brand Representation: Represent Colonia Perfumes professionally within the community and space you are part of. Although being part of a trade show and market space is fun, you must maintain professionalism at all times, with customers, other vendors, and your colleagues. Have fun, but be respectful!Provide each walking customer with a fragrance sampleExplain our concept to each interested customer, and sell them a fragrance (or 5)!
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license
- Must have own vehicle for transportation
- Must be punctual and well organized
- Preferred to be able to lift/handle heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment (and even multi tasking)
