Join the quality control team in Montreal to support production activities and QC method development projects.
The key responsabilities are:
- Production sample testing;
- fermentation, enzyme, antimicrobial, microbiological, physical and chemical assays;
- method development;
- literature review;
- experimental design;
- method validation;
- shelf-life studies;
- compliance with safety, GMP, GLP and SOPs.

Required
- Master's degree in Fermentation Technology, Microbiology or Biotechnology;
- Laboratory techniques, particularly microbiological methods;
- Microsoft Office proficiency;
- Fluent French and English;
- Broad knowledge of analytical techniques;
- Experience in fermentation technologies (brewing/distilling);
An asset
- Experience with enzymes and antimicrobials.
