Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor sales associates, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices in customer service and sales management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee cash handling processes, including cashiering duties and daily reconciliation of cash registers.
- Implement time management techniques to ensure efficient store operations during peak hours.
- Collaborate with management to develop training programs that enhance team skills and product knowledge.
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in stock replenishment activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role within a sales environment.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling procedures is essential.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy retail setting.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
- Strong training development skills to foster team growth and improve overall performance.
- Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone.
