The Student Advisor (B2B) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with education agents, recruitment partners, and institutional stakeholders. The role focuses on supporting partners throughout the student recruitment process, providing expert guidance on study abroad opportunities, and driving enrollment growth through effective partner engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Relationship Management
- Build, manage, and maintain relationships with education agents and recruitment partners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B partners.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with partners to strengthen engagement.
- Provide training and support on company services, programs, and admission requirements.
Student Recruitment Support
- Assist partners with student inquiries and application processes.
- Guide agents on program selection, admission requirements, visa procedures, and enrollment processes.
- Monitor student applications and ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student and partner concerns.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and increase student enrollments.
- Support the onboarding of new agents and recruitment partners.
- Participate in partner events, webinars, exhibitions, and recruitment activities.
- Promote institutional offerings and services to partners.
Account Management
- Track partner performance and recruitment targets.
- Prepare reports on partner activities, application volumes, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and company policies.
Communication & Coordination
- Work closely with admissions, marketing, compliance, and operations teams.
- Coordinate updates regarding program changes, scholarships, promotions, and policies.
- Provide timely and professional communication to partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international education, student recruitment, admissions, account management, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of study abroad processes and international education markets.
- Experience working with education agents or recruitment partners is preferred.
Pay: $40,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
