Outdoor Maintenance Team Member
Full-Time | Seasonal or Year-Round Opportunity
We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our Outdoor Maintenance Team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining properties, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Lawn mowing, trimming, and general landscaping
- Property clean-up and grounds maintenance
- Seasonal outdoor maintenance tasks
- Garbage and debris removal
- Minor exterior repairs and upkeep
- Operating landscaping and maintenance equipment safely
- Assisting with snow removal during winter months
Qualifications
- Previous outdoor maintenance or landscaping experience is considered an asset
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
