Job Summary

Duties
- Assess vehicle damage thoroughly and develop effective repair plans.
- Perform body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening using hand tools and power tools.
- Conduct mechanical repairs as needed, utilizing your mechanical knowledge to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Use heavy lifting techniques and equipment to move vehicles or parts safely during repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers regarding repair progress and timelines.
- Complete detailed documentation of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or similar automotive repair background preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair processes.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment safely and effectively.
- Prior experience working with automotive body repairs or collision centers is highly desirable.
- Ability to diagnose issues accurately and execute repairs efficiently.
- Mechanic experience or related technical training is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $0.21-$45.00 per hour
