Responsibilities
- Managing daily site operations
- Coordinating trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
- Maintaining project schedules and construction milestones
- Supporting safety, quality control, and site documentation
- Communicating with project managers, clients, consultants, and owners
- Reviewing drawings, schedules, deficiencies, and change-related items
- Leading site meetings and resolving field issues
This talent pool is designed for qualified professionals eager to contribute their expertise across various projects. Candidates should demonstrate a solid background in construction management principles combined with leadership capabilities essential for successful project execution.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Site Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Project Manager, or Construction Manager
- Experience in commercial, residential, civil, hospitality, tenant improvement, or renovation projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination, and safety requirements
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Excel, or similar tools is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
Compensation:
Compensation will vary depending on role, experience, project location, and client requirements.
Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
