Dogskin Lake Lodge has an opening for a combined waitress/housekeeper position at our remote fly-in fishing lodge in Eastern Manitoba.
This unique summer job will give you an unforgettable experience where you’ll work hard, make lifelong friends from around the world and enjoy the pristine Canadian wilderness that few get to fully experience. Our staff are an important part of our guest’s experience and you’ll be given the tools to be successful.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, work well both independently and in a small team environment, be highly motivated and enjoy interacting with a wide range of customers. Experience in the food service and hospitality industry is encouraged, but not required. Canadian citizenship is required.
Primary Duties
Daily cleaning of lodge and guest cabins
Breakfast and dinner meal service and cleanup
Shore lunch preparation and cleanup
Greet guests at floatplane on arrival and departure

Our season is mid-May through mid-August.
Private bedroom in separate staff quarters as well as chef-prepared meals are included. Staff enjoy complimentary use of lodge facilities and boats.
Salary: depends on experience plus significant gratuities and unique benefits.
