Position: Agency Consultant / Home Visitor
Location: Calgary and Surrounding Areas (Strathmore, High River, Cochrane, etc.)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Agency Consultant / Home Visitor with a current Early Childcare Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 certification to join our team!
In this role, you will:
- Supervise and support approved family dayhome providers across Calgary and surrounding rural communities.
- Visit dayhome locations regularly to ensure compliance with health, safety, and educational standards.
- Provide coaching and support to educators to help them grow professionally.
- Promote our agency services by posting weekly in rural communities, attending job fairs, and participating in events.
- Assist with opening new dayhomes and handle basic administrative tasks.
- Work remotely from home, combined with scheduled in-person visits.
Availability:
- Be available for visits and receiving calls after hours to accommodate scheduled visits, support emergencies, calls, and emails.
- Part-time position: From 20-80 hrs per month average
Requirements:
- Police Record Check - Vulnerable Sector (issued within the last 6 months) Mandatory
- 3 references letters
- Car insurence
- Current CPR-C Certification – Mandatory
- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Level 2 or Level 3 Certification – Mandatory
- Vehicle and Valid Driver’s License – Mandatory
- Spanish Language Skills – Preferred (Not required but an asset)

Pay: $18.00-$26.62 per hour
