Geddi Route is a fast-growing Indian fusion street food brand serving unique vegetarian food with a modern twist. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Team Lead who can help manage daily operations, support staff, and maintain excellent food quality and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily shift operations.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are maintained.
- Support and guide team members during busy service periods.
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and provide excellent service.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
- Communicate daily updates, issues, and operational needs to management.
- Help train new employees and maintain team performance standards.
- Support catering orders, special events, and promotional activities when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food truck operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
