Sunshine Medical Clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Full-Time Medical Office Assistant to join our growing team at our newest St. Vital location.
Availability: Candidates must be available to work daytime shifts. Availability for some evenings and/or weekends is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient check-in/check-out and scheduling
- Answering phones and assisting patients professionally
- Maintaining accurate and confidential records using Accuro EMR
- Supporting physicians, staff, and daily clinic operations
- Assisting with patient flow and maintaining an organized work environment
Qualifications
- Previous Medical Office Assistant experience preferred
- Accuro EMR experience is a strong asset
- Friendly, professional, dependable, and organized
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced clinic
Uniform
Scrubs are our required clinic uniform. Following successful completion of your 3-month probationary period, customized Sunshine Medical Clinic scrubs will be provided, embroidered with our clinic logo and your name.
