This full-time role is for our peak season (May–November), with the potential for year-round work depending on performance and business needs.

Work Schedule & Pay Details, Transportation
- Pay starts when you arrive at the job site and begin working on the vehicle.
- Travel time between appointments is not paid.
- Scheduled work days are typically 8 hours but can range up to 10.
- Access to Vehicle for Commuting (Required): You must have uninterrupted access to a vehicle which you can commute to work with for the entirety of your employment period. Sharing a vehicle with someone else (parent, sibling, partner, etc.) will not be accepted.
- You'll have the option to meet at our home base before the first job and ride with us in the company van to the job sites if preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Clean, shampoo, sanitize, and vacuum vehicle interiors and exteriors to our high standards
- Perform paint correction, decontamination, prep, and apply ceramic coatings (training provided)
- Inspect vehicles for safety concerns, report pre-existing damage, and collect client signatures before and after job is completed
- Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized—so we’re always ready for the next job
- Follow detailing procedures when cleaning vehicles (SOPs and training provided)
- Work in teams of two; enjoy music while you work
- Operate tools like carpet shampoo machines and steamers (we’ll teach you how)
- Interact with clients and neighbors—provide quotes, book appointments, and upsell services (with training and commission)
- Pitch referral and loyalty programs, ask for Google reviews, and promote maintenance packages after the job is completed
- Take before/after photos and upload them to our CRM; clock in/out through the app
- Move fast, stay positive, and help us keep our reputation for quality and efficiency

What You Need
Must-haves:
- Authorized to work in Canada
- 18 years or older with a valid G2 driver’s license and clean driving record (no drug/alcohol-related conditions)
- Your own car (you’ll need to get to job sites yourself or you’ll have the option to drive to our home base where we’ll then drive the company van to the job sites)
- Ability to stay calm and maintain your composure when work gets busy or unexpected challenges come up
- Comfortable working outside and in physically demanding positions
- Ability to move quickly and keep up in a fast-paced environment
- Must be teachable and have a high willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Strong collaborative skills—will be working in a team of two
- Responsible, reliable, and able to follow detailed processes (we have strict SOPs)
- Comfortable working longer hours if needed—can be delays that cause us to be at jobs longer than anticipated
- Flexible working hours
- Have a positive, can-do attitude even when the work is tough
Nice-to-haves:

- Played competitive sports in high school or university
