Under the direction of REMAN Divisional Manager, the Production Coordinator assumes responsibility for the planning and coordination of all activities relating to the component repair and remanufacturing within the component facility. This includes the development of production schedules for components processed in-house and/or by external suppliers, as well as the implementation of planning strategies to ensure the on-going operational efficiency of the facility. This position requires close coordination and teamwork with the parts department and warehouse organization.

Oversee the preparation of all relevant shop floor documentation, including production orders, operation notes, technical drawings, quality procedures, etc. for components to be repaired and remanufactured.

Coordinate with customers on production progress along the entire production lifecycle.

Oversee distribution of relevant shop floor documentation to internal work centers and external sub- contractors.

Develop planning scenarios based on component forecast variance, unplanned demands, missing parts, under capacity and other confounding factor.

Oversee the timely collection and processing of completed work orders, and operation notes to ensure accurate work order planning, capacity and inventory levels in the ERP system.

Oversee the collection and archiving of completed quality documentation to ensure traceability and accountability for finished parts and components.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management summarizing component volumes, work centre activity and productivity, work in progress levels, missing parts, order timeliness, and other planning related KPIs.

Minimum 3 years of expereince in a similar coordinator role.

Must be able to commute to Burlington office 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).

Exceptional interpersonal, multitasking and organizational skills are required.

Efficient communication in English is required.

Experience in the areas of administration; planning, purchase orders and customer service.

Demonstrates high level computer skills (MS office applications and/or other).
Preferred skills

ERP Baan/SAP Knowledge.

Knowledge of French and German.

Power BI experience.

Previous experience with coordinating trades poeple.
