Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a pivotal,
multi-faceted role. This position is a unique blend of Project Manager, Estimator, and Operations
Manager, and you will serve as the President's right-hand person. The ideal candidate will be a
proactive problem-solver with a strong background in environmental construction.

Qualifications
Proven experience in project management, estimating, and operations, preferably within
the geotechnical drilling, environmental contracting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of drilling and excavation processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficiency with project management and estimation software.
A valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within
scope, and on budget.
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for new projects and bids.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and logistics.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent
communication.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Provide leadership and mentorship to the field and office teams.
Ensure all projects and operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Assist the President with strategic planning and business development.
