We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will assist in the production of products while working in a safe and team-oriented environment.
Successful candidates will receive on-the-job training and may begin in one of several production departments based on operational needs.
- Assemble products using pneumatic nail guns and hand tools.
- Safely operate saws and other production equipment.
- Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Minimum of 3–6 months of recent manufacturing or related experience.
- Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and production machinery.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive lifting, bending, and manual labour.
- Starting wage of $18.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours.
