Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks following established recipes and standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Assist with food preparation and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food prep stations and customer seating areas
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support team members with serving food and beverages during busy periods
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in food preparation, serving, and food safety practices is desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or holidays if needed

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
