Job Overview
We are hiring a Construction Manager for the Moncton, NB region. This full time role will require interaction with tradespeople, tenants & suppliers. Project management on unit renovations, sourcing materials, and helping with minor maintenance tasks. A general understanding of construction & real-estate is a must.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate maintenance to apartments as needed
- Running materials as needed to different job sites and projects.
- Helping organize and clean construction sites as needed
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, and project management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in construction estimating and inspection
- General understanding of real-estate and tenancy process
- Ability to manage multiple projects and a variation in daily tasks
- Time management
