This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same—you'll assist customers, prepare rental vehicles, and help keep our fleet ready for visitors exploring the Canadian Rockies.

What You'll Do
Customer Service
- Welcome customers and provide excellent service
- Check rental vehicles in and out
- Answer phones and assist with reservations
Vehicle Care
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare rental vehicles
- Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality
Operations
- Transport vehicles between Banff and Canmore
- Support daily branch operations
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, reliable, and motivated
- Comfortable with physical work
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence
- Available for afternoon and weekend shifts
- Customer service or cleaning experience is an asset, but training is provided
