About the Opportunity
We're an established Oakville salon with 12+ years of trusted service and a loyal, growing client base. We have a beautiful private room available and we're looking for a licensed, independent Esthetician to partner with us - not as an employee, but as your own business running inside ours.
We offer two flexible ways to work with us, so you can pick what suits your business best:
Option 1 - Room Rental: Pay a simple flat rent, keep 100% of what you earn, and run your book your way.
Option 2 - 50/50 Commission (No Rent): Pay no rent and no booth fee. Instead, we actively find you new clients and handle your marketing, and we split services 50/50. Ideal if you want zero overhead and a steady flow of new business.
Either way, you bring your own equipment and products and operate as an independent professional.
What You Bring
- Valid, up-to-date Ontario esthetics certification/licensing
- 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience (spa or medical spa preferred)
- Your own professional equipment and skincare supplies
- Skills in facials, waxing, body treatments, and skincare consultations
- Familiarity with luxury or medical-grade skincare lines (an asset)
- A polished, client-first attitude and strong retail/consultation skills
- Professionalism and respect in a shared salon space
