Warehouse Labourer (Food Production) – Temporary to Permanent
About Our Client
We are currently hiring Warehouse Labourers for our client in St. Catharines. They are the makers/packagers of spices. This is a heavy position, regardless of the products and this is not bus accessible. If you are looking for full-time, day-time shift hours, please apply.
What You Will Be Doing, as a Warehouse Labourer:
· Loading, scaling, bagging, stitching, and palletizing food products (spices)
· Working in a dusty (spices) environment – please be mindful of this regarding asthma and allergies
· Lifting up to 50lbs of products, consistently
· Packing orders
· Receive, locate, and stock inventory
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
· Complete additional tasks as assigned
What You Should Have, as a Warehouse Labourer:
· Reliable transportation – this is not bus accessible
· Ability to stand, bend, crouch, walk, all shift
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs of products consistently
· Ability to communicate perfectly in English
· Great at team work
· Able to pass a criminal background check
In Return,You Will Receive:
· $18.00 per hour
· 4% vacation pay accrued and paid out when requested
· Access to a Vertical Representative Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
The Shift You Will be Working is:
· Monday to Friday
· 7:30am to 4:30pm
