Job Summary
We are seeking an Experienced CNC Tube/Profile Bending Technician to support the setup and optimization of our CNC tube/profile bending machine. The machine is already installed and operational, and we require a skilled professional to ensure it is configured correctly, operating efficiently, and that our team is properly trained.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and optimize the CNC tube/profile bending machine.
- Program and operate the machine efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine or programming issues.
- Train two employees on machine setup, programming, and operation.
- Document machine setup, operating procedures, and best practices.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to improve machine performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with CNC Tube/Profile Bending Machines.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine setup, programming, and operation.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and programming issues.
- Experience training machine operators is an asset.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
