What You’ll Do
As a Fashion Stylist & Client Advisor, you will create exceptional shopping experiences that keep our clients coming back year after year.
Your responsibilities include:
· Delivering personalized one-on-one styling consultations
· Building long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and thoughtful follow-up
· Helping clients create complete outfits and wardrobe solutions for every occasion
· Achieving individual and team sales goals
· Developing expert knowledge of luxury designers, fabrics, fit, and seasonal collections
· Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining beautiful product displays
· Receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise
· Maintaining an elegant, organized and welcoming boutique environment
We’re Looking for Someone Who…
· Has a genuine passion for fashion and personal styling
· Loves building meaningful relationships with clients
· Is naturally outgoing, confident and positive
· Enjoys selling premium luxury products
· Has exceptional customer service and communication skills
· Is self-motivated, organized and goal-oriented
· Speaks both French and English fluently
· Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
· Has previous experience in retail, luxury sales, styling or client service (preferred)

We are looking for someone seeking a long-term career in luxury fashion retail and client styling.
Schedule
· Full-time (approximately 30–40 hours per week)
· Availability on Saturdays is required, as this is one of our busiest and most exciting shopping days.
· Boutique Hours:
o Tuesday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
o Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
o Closed Sundays and Mondays
Compensation & Benefits
· Competitive hourly wage
· Attractive uncapped commission program that rewards performance

Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand for extended periods
· Ability to physically merchandise ex: moving bars, racks ….
· Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 30 lbs.
Full product and styling training will be provided to ensure your success.
