Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting customers, discussing their wants and needs, demonstrating the unique features and technologies that make owning a Honda a dynamic experience and being the main point of contact for your customers
Conduct sales of vehicles in accordance with dealership procedures and achieving assigned volume and gross profit targets
Develop an in-depth understanding of the Honda vehicle inventory and their competitors to deliver strong product presentations and demonstration drives
Detailing your customer follow-up notes, preparation of paperwork and files, and follow through with a world class vehicle delivery experience
Follow up on delivered vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction is met
Other duties, projects, etc. as requested by management
Qualifications:
Be fluent in both French and English
Valid Class 5 driver’s license
Self-driven and motivated to achieve results
Passionate about customer service and customer satisfaction
Automotive sales experience not required but will be considered an asset
