We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers daily to place and confirm orders
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text
- Process and review customer orders using company software
- Follow up on orders, returns, and customer concerns
- Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations
- Organize files and maintain accurate records
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization
- Report issues or concerns to the Team Leader/Supervisor
Schedule:
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- 5 days per week
- Must be available to work:
- At least 1 weekend dayHolidaysRequirements:
- Knowledge of Chinese and English language preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Pay: $18.00 per hour
