Deliverables

Lead business analysis activities for the Oracle PeopleSoft HCM modernization initiative by facilitating stakeholder workshops, documenting current-state processes, designing future-state workflows, and recommending standardized PeopleSoft functionality over custom customizations.

Develop comprehensive functional documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business rules, validation rules, process maps, data definitions, functional specifications, and integration requirements.

Analyze and define functional requirements for PeopleSoft HCM modules and enterprise integrations, supporting data governance, field mapping, business rules, data validation, and interface requirements across internal and third-party systems.

Plan, coordinate, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, test scripts, defect management processes, validation activities, functional sign-offs, and stakeholder readiness throughout project delivery.
Experience Required

5+ years of Business Analyst experience delivering Oracle PeopleSoft HCM projects, with strong functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 across modules such as Core HR, Position Management, Base Benefits, eBenefits, Time & Labor, and Payroll.

Proven experience conducting business process analysis, stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), and developing BRDs, Functional Design Documents (FDDs), functional specifications, and business process documentation.

Strong experience defining integration requirements between PeopleSoft HCM and enterprise applications, including field mapping, business rules, validation logic, data transformations, interface specifications, and data governance standards.

Hands-on experience planning and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including creation of test scenarios, test scripts, defect triage, validation activities, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, Oracle PeopleSoft Functional certifications, or equivalent business analysis credentials considered strong assets.
