We are currently hiring an experienced IEG (Insulating Glass) Lead Hand / Supervisor for our window assembly facility in Vaughan, Ontario. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing the production line, guiding team members, and ensuring quality and efficiency targets are met on the day shift

- pay starting at $24+ / hour
- Day Shift 630-4pm
Leadership:
- Previous supervisory or lead hand experience is required
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on the floor
Industry & technical:
- Previous experience in the window manufacturing industry
- Experience working in a plant or manufacturing environment with shop floor exposure
- Experience processing plastic and aluminum components
- Hands-on experience with cutting, drilling, and assembly operations
- Ability to read and understand production documentation and work instructions
General:
- Physically able to perform production duties in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable and punctual with a consistent attendance record
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
