Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
- Perform general manual labor such as lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision when necessary
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and adhere to safety guidelines
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures (training provided if needed)
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus but not required
