We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment in Aurora, ON. This position requires experience operating both Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a busy warehouse setting while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Counterbalance and Raymond Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize products and materials
- Pick and stage orders accurately for shipping and receiving
- Perform inventory movement and replenishment tasks
- Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Valid forklift license/certification for Counterbalance and Raymond Reach
- Minimum 1-2 years of forklift operating experience
- Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
