We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Window Well Production Helper / Labourer to join our team in warehouse / production setting. This role focuses on manufacturing and preparing window wells, not job site or field work.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production and assembly of window wells
- Operate basic tools and equipment ( training provided)
- Prepare materials and components for production
- Load, unload, and organize materials in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow production schedules and instructions
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Previous warehouse or production experience is an asset (not required)
