Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team. No experience needed! including residential, commercial, restoration, and industrial painting. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying paint and coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a variety of projects. The Painter will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply paint, stains, varnishes, and other coatings using brushes, rollers, or power tools
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment for surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Perform carpentry tasks as needed for repairs or modifications prior to painting
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Maintain a clean work environment and safely operate equipment in accordance with safety protocols
