Position Summary

As President, you will set the strategic direction and oversee all aspects of the business unit, ensuring growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will lead cross-functional teams, foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and uphold the highest standards of integrity and excellence. Experience in SaaS and a strong understanding of payment solutions, including credit card processing, are essential for success in this role. A passion for AI and emerging technologies, and a proven ability to leverage them for business and customer benefit, will set you apart.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a vision that aligns with Jonas Software’s values and business objectives. Champion initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and innovation.
- Technology & AI Leadership: Stay at the forefront of AI and emerging technologies, proactively identifying and integrating solutions that enhance business operations and deliver greater value to customers.
- Operational Oversight: Lead all functional areas—including operations, customer care, sales, marketing, product development, and professional services—ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Financial Management: Own the business unit’s P&L, develop annual budgets, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- People Leadership: Build, mentor, and empower high-performing teams. Foster a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Client Focus: Ensure delivery of exceptional value to clients, with a focus on retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
- Product & Technology: Guide product and technology teams to deliver innovative SaaS solutions that meet evolving client needs, with a particular emphasis on payment integrations, credit card processing, and AI-driven enhancements.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, especially those related to payment processing and data security.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology-driven business, with direct experience overseeing payment solutions or credit card processing.
- AI & Technology Acumen: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and customer value.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire innovation, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong experience managing budgets, analyzing financial performance, and implementing strategies for growth and profitability.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required.
