Job Title: Inside Technical Sales and Order Entry Support

We are looking to expand our sales team with a technical-minded and sales-oriented self-starter. Dynamic office setting with excellent growth opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Provide technical product information and support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products or services to meet their needs.
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, ensuring all details are accurate and reflect the customer’s requirements.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to manage and develop customer relationships.
- Order Entry Support:
- Provide support to order entry team as needed. Responsibilities include:
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all information is correct and complete.
- Monitor order status and communicate with customers regarding any changes, delays, or issues.
- Coordinate with the production and shipping departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Handle any customer inquiries or issues related to order processing.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Proactively follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Technical Expertise:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
- Assist in the development of technical sales materials and product documentation.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years inside sales experience
- Confident & Positive attitude
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- Advanced computer skills
- Technical sales experience is desirable
- Salesforce experience is desirable
- Social media management experience is desirable
