Concorde Properties, a division of Concorde Group Corp, is a local and well established industrial/commercial development and leasing company focused on opportunities in Saskatchewan. We are seeking the right individual to complement our maintenance team as a:
Assistant Maintenance Supervisor
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Working alone and with the team at the properties as a hands-on Supervisor
- Plan, supervise and lead a team, assigning work duties and inspecting completed work
- Effectively managing your time on a daily basis
- Completing service work as required through in-house team or arranging outside vendors
- Responding to location concerns and emergencies
- General property maintenance
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3-5 years maintenance experience
- Previous supervisory experience an asset
- Strong mechanical aptitude and some experience with various trades and a basic understanding of how building systems work (i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
- Good communication skills and good with people, will need to work with tenants, staff and office
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License
- Current driver’s abstract from SGI demonstrating a safe driving record
- Physical ability to perform the assigned duties
Hours of work:
- Primarily Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
