What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, highly accountable Spa Concierge to be the face and voice of our spa.
This role is central to the guest experience. You are not just greeting clients, you are guiding their entire journey, building relationships, supporting retention, and ensuring every interaction reflects a true 5-star wellness experience.
You will work closely with the Owner and Concierge Manager and play a key role in maintaining the spa’s reputation, flow, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Communication
- Deliver warm, polished, 5-star service in person, over the phone, and via email
- Create a seamless and welcoming guest journey from booking to departure
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a calm, professional spa environment
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with confidence, care, and professionalism
Front Desk & Operations
- Manage booking system, POS transactions, payments, andscheduling
- Maintain accurate records and smooth daily front desk operations
- Support opening/closing procedures and daily readiness
- Take initiative to improve flow and guest experience without needing direction
Spa Standards & Accountability
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-of-house environment
- Ensure all guest-facing areas reflect a 5-star standard at all times
- Complete light tasks such as restocking, laundry, and tidying as needed
- Take full ownership of responsibilities and follow through consistently
Sales & Client Retention
- Confidently recommend services based on guest needs and preferences
- Support rebooking, retention, and client loyalty initiatives
- Upsell treatments and retail products in a natural, service-first way
- Actively contribute to revenue growth through thoughtful guest engagement
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of luxury customer service or retail experience
- 1+ years of facilities maintenance or administrative support experience
- Front desk, reception, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and email)
- Experience with POS or booking systems
- A genuine interest in wellness, hospitality, and guest experience
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative when challenges arise
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
- Part-time: Starting at 25 hours per week
- Availability required evenings and weekends
- Potential to grow into full-time based on performance
- Additional shifts may be available depending on business needs
