Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas.
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Deliver excellent customer service by listening to client needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare instructions.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Valid state licensing or certification as a Nail Technician.
- Experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment.
- Skills in body waxing are a plus.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell retail products tactfully while providing excellent customer service.
- Retail sales experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
- Passion for beauty services with a professional appearance and attitude.
Pay: $15.00-$50.00 per hour
