We are hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Worker for our morning shift (5:30am-12:00pm) to work out of our Sherwood Park location.

WOW! Factor Desserts is a dynamic, forward-thinking food innovation company specializing in Cake, Cheesecake, Specialty and Seasonal baked desserts. This position provides maintenance support for a variety of machines and tools within our manufacturing centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance of all production equipment within the facility and completion of all associated tasks.
- Maintaining and repairing the production facility.
- Retrieval, set up, operation, disassembly and removal of all equipment.
- Forklift operation
- Sanitation tasks related to the department and equipment maintenance.
- Other tasks may be required for operational effectiveness without compromising health and safety.
Education & Experience
- Previous experience in maintenance required.
- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting is an asset.
