Duties
- Greet clients warmly and assist with their needs at the front desk
- Provide professional hair styling services and consultations
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and sales
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting products aligned with client needs
- Ensure a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, hair styling, or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within beauty or retail environments
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully and effectively
- Excellent front desk skills including organization and multitasking
- A friendly attitude with a genuine desire to help others

Pay: $4,500.00-$6,800.00 per month
