Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-informed child, youth, and family therapy services
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients and families
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when clinically indicated
- Deliver psychoeducation to clients and caregivers regarding mental health, development, and available community resources
- Maintain accurate, timely, and ethically compliant clinical documentation and client records
- Collaborate with other professionals and community agencies to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
- Participate in regular clinical consultation and attend monthly practice meetings for case review and team collaboration
- Contribute to a supportive, team-based practice culture grounded in ethical and client-centred care
- Maintain compliance with all relevant professional regulatory and ethical guidelines
What we’re looking for:
- A Doctoral or Master's level degree in Psychology or Social Work
- Registered, or eligible for autonomous practice with licensing body
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments for children and adolescents with anxiety disorders, depression, emotion dysregulation, behavioural difficulties, developmental disorders, ASD, and ADHD, family stress, trauma, etc.
- Experience working with caregivers, teachers and and key players an active part of the therapeutic process
- Experience working with families and systems
- Ability to offer a minimum of 2 days per week, with an average of 5 clients per day
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in private practice setting
- Ease in collaborating with other professionals for effective interdisciplinary care
- Willing to provide both online therapy and in-person sessions as needed
- Willing to work hours that accommodate families’ needs (i.e., after school, evenings, weekends)
- Ability to maintain professional liability insurance

Pay: $110.00-$140.00 per hour
