2171449 Alberta Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client, Holiday Inn Edmonton South - Evario Events – The First H4 property with Conferencing and Banqueting facilities in Canada with 126 state of the art rooms, Lobby restaurant & bar, a 20,000 sq ft banqueting and conferencing facilities. We are looking for YOU to join our team.
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. Our Night Auditors must have strong math skills and an ability to quickly and accurately assess sums and amounts. The ideal applicant will have some retail or hotel experience as well as a background in accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accountability for all cash, credits and settlements, as well as maintaining accurate books and checking inventory levels.
Responsibilities:
- Check in guests and determine which rooms are occupied.
- Be familiar with hotel policies and procedures.
- Answer questions and resolve any concerns that guests may have.
- Provide concierge services to guests.
- Resolve disputes between guests who may be staying in the same room.
- Process all guest charges.
- Decorate the front desk area to enhance the look of the property.
