Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with commercial appliances using electrical, mechanical, and schematic knowledge
- Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of appliances, including including commercial ranges, refrigeration and a variety of commercial cooking appliances. le
- Interpret technical schematics and diagrams to accurately identify problems and implement solutions
- Assemble, install, or replace appliance components as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and parts used
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Assist in training or mentoring junior technicians when required
Skills
- 3 to 5 years Commercial Appliance repair.
- Ontario Gas Fitters License preferred or in progress.
- Mechanical knowledge related to appliance systems and components
- Proven experience in appliance repair within a commercial environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French(bilingual), verbal and written.
- Experience with assembly of appliance parts and systems is desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to repairs and maintenance.
- Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
- Valid Passport for travel to the USA.
