About NPACC
NPACC Nurse Practitioner Acute Care Clinic is a private, fee-for-service NP-led clinic providing timely acute and episodic healthcare to patients in St. Thomas and surrounding communities.
Since opening in May 2025, NPACC has continued to grow, with a strong focus on accessible, high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.
We are looking for a compassionate and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our St. Thomas location on a part-time basis.

We are looking for an NP who genuinely aligns with the standard of care and patient experience NPACC has worked hard to establish.
The Role
The Nurse Practitioner will independently assess and manage patients presenting with a variety of acute and episodic health concerns.
Appointments may include:
- Acute illness and minor injuries
- Respiratory, ear, throat, and urinary concerns
- Skin concerns
- Sexual and reproductive healthcare
- Pap testing and preventative care
- Basic procedures within NP scope and competency
- Mental health concerns
- Referrals and diagnostic investigations when clinically indicated
NPACC provides:

- Administrative and booking support
- Payment processing
- Established clinic policies and workflows
- Marketing and patient acquisition
- Clinical supplies and equipment
- Ongoing support and collaboration
This is an independent contractor position with a 70/30 revenue split, with the Nurse Practitioner receiving 70% of patient visit revenue.
Schedule
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. We are looking for an NP who can offer consistent, recurring availability at our St. Thomas location.
Specific days and hours can be discussed based on clinic needs and candidate availability.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid professional liability protection
- Strong autonomous assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Primary care, urgent care, emergency, or acute episodic care experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to exceptional patient care
